GPON OLT/ONU
FiberTechnic® OLT GPON is dedicated to be mounted in RACK 19″ 1U. IT has 8 or 16 SFP GPON ports, 4 RJ45 uplink GE ports, 4 uplink SFP ports, 2x 10-gigabit SFP+ Uplink ports. Each GPON port supports the splitting ratio of 1:128 and provides downstream bandwidth 2,5 Gb/s and upstream bandwidth 1,25 Gb/s. Such OLT supports up to 2048 GPON ONU devices with access to broadband service FTTX. The device is provided with two AC power suppliers to ensure redudancy in case of breakdown. Maximum power usage of FD1616S is 70W.

They are used for conversion of electrical signal to optical signal dedicated to Mikrotik, Ubiquiti, TPLink and other switches. Designed to work with switches, routers and media converters widely used in telecommunication networks, offices and industrial networks (Industry series with wider range of operating temperature). An additional advantage of the modules is the snap-lock system, which protects against accidental removal of the connector.
